Remitimos información del curso de extensión universitaria de la UNED “Autocoaching, desarrollo personal, empoderamiento y cambio”, por sí pudiera ser de tu interés o de alguien de tu ámbito próximo.

 

El curso trata de la evolución y desarrollo del alumno como persona y de su capacidad de cambio, a través del propio autoconocimiento para descubrir así sus límites y potencialidades.

 

Dirigido en general, a personas y profesionales que busquen su propio desarrollo personal y competencial, para dinamizar su propio conocimiento y rendimiento y todo su entorno. En particular, a alumnos y profesionales del campo de Humanidades y, en especial, a Educadoras/es Sociales, Técnicos en animación sociocultural, Trabajadoras/es Sociales, Psicólogos, Sociólogos e Interventores Sociales y Educativos.
